By registering on our website or purchasing from us, you are using our "Services" and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, including other terms, conditions and policies referenced by hyperlinks. These Terms of Use apply to all users of the site, including but not fewer than visitors, suppliers, users, merchants, or content providers. Given the multi-language versions of this agreement and other supplementary agreements, the Chinese (simplified) version will prevail and share a greater portion of the legal effect in the event of different understandings or interpretations of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
By registering for a CRABTOMI account (as defined in Section III) or by using any CRABTOMI Service (as defined below), you voluntarily agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("the Agreement") as a CRABTOMI user. If you do not agree to the agreement or any of its terms and conditions, you must immediately stop the registration process.
Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the terms and conditions described in this agreement between you and CRABTOMI may not fully list and cover all rights and obligations of you and CRABTOMI, nor can the existing agreement fully meet future development needs. Therefore, CRABTOMI's legal statement, privacy policy, rules and dispute policy will be considered supplementary agreements to this agreement, which will be inseparable from this agreement and have the same legal effect. Accept the above supplementary agreements if you use CRABTOMI services.
