INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTS SALES POLICY
These products are offered by a seller abroad and can only be purchased by natural persons. By paying, the customer agrees to be importing the product for personal consumption, in compliance with the applicable and current laws of the final destination country. The amount of the product does not include local tax, these must be assumed by the customer. This condition applies when the amounts and pesos require the payment of local tax, otherwise only the value of the product and its freight will be paid.


RETURN POLICY:
The product can only be returned if it is damaged, defective or not originally ordered. The notification must be received within the time limits set out in the terms and conditions of CRABTOMI.COM. Returns will not be accepted for different reasons.
The verification of the cause of return will be carried out by CRABTOMI and if it is improper, the product will be returned to the customer in a term not more than ten working days after receipt of the same, without protest from the customer.


DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Products offered by a seller abroad will be delivered at no additional charge, except if the requested quantity exceeds the stops of Courier's service, which consists of sending documents or packages of a limited size and/or weight at a certain cost, which can be distributed nationally and internationally as required by the customer. Courier's service is characterized by having the speed, security, specialization and customization of the services valued in the process and execution of the delivery. Courier's service under the Premium standard in postal or parcel services, which is used by companies that consider it of paramount importance to transport their shipments justifying the cost to be paid for the service. In the case of higher weight goods that are from foreign suppliers it will be considered import and therefore the handling of this issue will be through a customs agent, who will notify the customer of the likely costs of the import. The products will be shipped through the carrier companies that are authorized by the company, which will be selected from the list when the buyer makes the purchase, the shipments will be made to the countries that are authorized by crabTOMI's E-comerce system.

In the case of purchase of products shipped from abroad, CRABTOMI seeks to estimate the minimum time in which the customer will receive their product, however, this period may vary due to customs reasons. In an eventuality like this, CRABTOMI will not be responsible for the delay.
The rejection of delivery by the customer, the failure of delivery due to an error in the address or the impossibility of the parcel to contact the customer will not be accepted as a cause of cancellation of the order. Consequently, no refund will be made in these cases.


PURCHASE RECEIPT:
The customer will receive a purchase note from the seller along with their product. The amount on the purchase note may vary from the amount paid in CRABTOMI due to tariff and shipping costs. These products are not delivered with a tax invoice for being purchased abroad.


WARRANTY OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED ABROAD:
Products offered by a Seller abroad will NOT be guaranteed.


PRODUCT CONSIDERATIONS:
The products and their respective materials may not be adapted to the country of importation for reasons of language, configuration, instruction manual, voltage, power adapter, etc.
Additionally, adapters and converters may not be included within the products.
